Oh no! We often process your order within the day of payment, so once the order is sent off, it cannot be any changes.

Unfortunately once the order has been finalised, you will not be able to re-enter the promotion codes anymore. But you can still use the code next time.

We update the website on a regular basis. However, please understand that there are busy periods or sometimes we just didn't update in time. You can certainly find out about the waiting time, if the item ordered is out of stock. You may elect an exchange or refund, if you don't want to wait. Simply contact us quoting the order number and your request, we will do our best to assist you with our Super spirits. Super Gifts will ensure that recovery action be taken, such as upgrading your shipping method or giving you an extra voucher.

 

Q. Paid already but order status still says waiting for payment?

This maybe a delay with the banks due to maintainence or public holiday delay.
Please stay with us due to the office hours for banks and post office. General office hours for banks in Australia is: Monday-Friday, AEST Time: 9am-5pm.

Yes. There is a gift message service during the check out process, just ticked the gift option box and drop her/him a message, and a printed greeting card or hand written greeting message, with your very own personal message.

Super Gifts is based in Australia, a local Aussie company. We only use express delivery for domestic packages, so all domestic packages will usually arrives in 2-5 days. For more information on delivery times, please refer to the Postage/Shipping Time Table on the Delivery page.

No, you only need to pay once. Doesn't matter how many items you order in same order. Providing that it is being sent to the same address.

All orders are finalised at 12 noon daily on business days, and dispatched later on the same day. However, there are busy periods and other factors which may affect our processing time. and For further information please refer to Handling on the Delivery page.

Domestic packages except swords use express postage, so postage time should be 1-2 business days. Domestic packages with Swords use standard postage, so postage time should be 2-4 business days.
International packages shipping times will vary depending on the zone and state you live in, varying from 3-10 business days.

Q. Urgent need for an upcoming party or a birthday present?

Domestic Express postage usually arrives in 1 or 2 days, how many days do you have left until the party?  Don't leave it to the last minute.

 

Q. What is your tax policy?

The buyer is responsible for any import tax charges, if any. Which is hard for us to control at the point of entering your country outside Australia.
But Super Gifts is based in Australia, for all of our Australian fans, now you no longer have to purchase from overseas, and therefore, no import tax!
The only tax is GST, which is already included in the price shown to you. No hidden costs! You could claim your GST portions for business purposes too.
SuperGiftsAustralia is not responsible for any costs from unexpected reasons such as importation duty or tax costs.

Q. How can I buy the wigs, costumes, shoes, accessories altogether?

You can buy the full set of items of your favourite character directly through Cosplay Sets.

 

Q. Can I choose wigs size, length, colour?

All pre-styled wigs are styled by hand and may vary including length, straightness, colour, patterns and shapes.
We design the length and colour as close to the actual characters as possible.
All wigs are one standard adjustable size, you can adjust it with the small straps at the back inside each wig.

 

Q. How to place orders for costumes?

It is simply the same procedure as purchasing any other items. However, it would be best to provide your measurements along with the order. Although we have already provided approximate measurements according to the different sizes associated with each individual costume. If you have any questions regarding the different sizes, simply enter your query along with the order or contact us, we will do our best to assist you with our Super spirits to give you the solution.

 

Q. There are only standard sizes, can I order custom sizes?

Sorry, we don't make custom orders at this stage to simplify the process and speed up the time of services.

 

Q. Why don't you sell customised costumes? (mystery unfolds...)

We can, but we don't. Reason? If you order a customise costume to your personalise size, not only it will take you weeks, most shops will add other surcharges for each adjustment, so end up costing you a lot of time and a lot of money. At the end, the shop will probably give you a standard costume that simply got the closest size dimensions to the one you custom ordered, and their reason being a technical problem. WE UNDERSTAND! That is why the standard sizes that we provide, are all carefully considered, we will find a standard size to fit you.

 

Q. I think the item I ordered is slightly different to the one shown on the website?

For example, all of our pre-styled wigs are hand-crafted, so there may be minor individual differences. These are purely natural process and not considered faulty or defects.
Please also note that there may be minor colour differences due to different display setting and personal judgement. We have made every effort to ensure the item you see on your screen is as close to the real colour as possible.

 

Q. How to wash costumes?

Most of our costumes are polyester material, these can be simply taken to professional dry clean stores, or you can hand wash them yourself with luke warm water. We would advise you to wash these costumes separately, as the colors are sharp and may mix or fade.

 

Q. How to wash wigs?

These wigs are made out of high temperature resistant fibre, and maybe washed gently in cold water with shampoo. However, for maximum care, do not brush until it is completely dry to avoid tangling. It is recommended that all wigs are washed regularly after use, then natural dry rather than blow dry.
